Artro Events specialises in working in the arena where the Business World meets Academia.

We have organised events, fora and conferences in the fields of Emerging Markets, Private Equity, Banking, Quantum Science, Entrepreneurship, Real Estate and the interface between China and the Western world in Business. These events have been attended by the highest level of participants including former Prime Ministers, Peers and international leaders from the business and academic worlds.

We use the latest web-based event management technology to design, market and organise events, whilst also maintaining a traditional respect for the importance of face-to-face meetings to develop good working relationships.

Deborah Lisburne has over twenty years experience of working within the University of Oxford, where she worked initially as a PA to Directors of Departments and in a college, gradually assuming responsibility for organising events. For the past 10 years she has organised the events at Said Business School, University of Oxford as it sought to raise its profile on the world stage of leading Business Schools. She has organised events in many locations - with experience in Oxford, London, New York and Delhi. She was responsible for the design, execution and growth of “Silicon Valley comes to Oxford” –a flagship event for Entrepreneurship at Said Business School, which celebrated its 10th Anniversary in 2010.
